We know life happens! If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can easily manage your booking directly through our website or your confirmation email. To keep things fair for everyone, our policy is as follows: - 24+ Hours Notice: You can reschedule or cancel for free online anytime. - 24 to 2 Hours Notice: $10 fee applies to any late changes or cancellations. - Less than 2 Hours Notice (or No-Shows): full session price will be charged.
